If items are out of stock you will receive an email to request a back order, or refund.

Items purchased on back order or pre order will be notified of updates regarding items status.

Back order and pre order items will be shipped within 3-5 Day after stock has arrived.

You will receive an email notification regarding shipment once order is in transit.

You will recieving a tracking number to check the status of your package with allocated estimated delivery time.

Orders over $200 will receive complimentary Express Shipping.

Luxe Lash Envy is not liable for any lost, missing or damaged items in transit. In the unlikely event that your order is deemed missing or lost, please lodge a request with Aus Post regarding your concerns. Packages shipped no longer remain in our control.

 

Luxe Lash Envy are not held responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances which may occur due to busy periods, and other unpredictable scenarios. It is advised to place orders in advance to avoid any disappointment due to unexpected delays resulting in receiving package later than originally anticipated.
